The Zebra Pro Grass Line Marking Machine is made in Britain and built to the highest standards. This professional spray line marking machine features a high pressure pump, powered by a rechargeable battery. The battery provides enough power to line mark for up to 8 hours on a single charge, allowing you to complete large jobs without having to stop.

This machine is designed for use with Zebra Grass Line Marking Paint - available in 10 litre containers. The high pressure paint spray is compatible with a selection of specially engineered nozzles that come included with the machine. Used together, the spray, nozzles and Zebra Grass Line Marking Paint ensure consistent paint application for high quality lines on grass surfaces.

The paint spray is easily controlled by a simple push button and the adjustable round discs which surround the spray nozzle can be used to set the width of the lines that you wish to mark. These discs ensure accurate, crisp and precise edges to the lines.

The machine has two paint probes that insert into the Zebra line marking paint container, which connect to the pump. One probe carries the paint to the spray nozzle while the other probe recirculates paint back into the container. This recirculation system ensures that the paint is always well mixed, so it remains an ideal consistency for spraying.

The pump can be primed quickly at the start of the job with the flick of a switch. The pump primer also allows for easy cleaning of the system at the end of the job.

An optional spray lance attachment is also available. It is perfect for free-hand spraying of penalty spots, numbers, letters, stencils, patterns and logos.

The line marking spray can be fitted with a choice of different nozzles, which come included with the machine. Each nozzle is suited to a different application, as each applies a different amount of paint per minute. So whether you are line marking a football pitch from scratch or overmarking a slightly faded pitch and do not need to use as much paint, this system provides an effective and efficient solution.

No matter your level of experience, you can use the Zebra Pro Grass Line Marking Machine with Zebra Grass Line Marking Paint to mark out your own pitches and courts on grass quickly and easily.

This system requires no mixing of paint and no pouring. Simply shake a container of Zebra Grass Line Marking Paint, place it on the line marking machine, insert the pump probes into the paint container, prime the pump using the switch at the back of the machine and you are ready to go.

Press the spray button and walk along at a steady pace, and the Zebra Pro line marking machine will spray bright, crisp and clear lines on to the ground. The four large wheels keep the machine straight and steady, so getting accurate lines is simple.

Please note: For best results, shake the container of paint before use. At the end of each line marking job, clean the Zebra Pro pump system and nozzles with water and Zebra Flush Thru cleaning solution to prevent blockages and ensure years of reliable service. A small 1 litre sample of Flush Thru comes included with the machine. Extra 10L bottles of Flush Thru can be purchased separately. You can also add the Zebra Pro hard surface line marking conversion kit to your order. The conversion kit includes a side arm attachment and square discs, which make the machine suitable for line marking on hard surfaces such as concrete and tarmac. The side arm allows you to get right up to walls and curbs when marking car parks and industrial floors. (Zebra Hard Surface Paint will also be required).
