Whether you need to line mark car parks, industrial floors or hard surface sports courts, the Zebra Lux line marking machine included in this bundle provides a robust, reliable and high quality line marking spray system to get the job done properly. This professional line marking machine can be used indoors and outdoors, on hard surfaces such as concrete and tarmac, to mark accurate, crisp and precise lines.

The Zebra Lux line marker is made in Britain by experts with years of experience in the line marking industry. It is designed to be solid and robust, to produce high quality lines and to be easy to use. The large wheels and tough frame ensure that the machine stays level and does not move off course, for precise and accurate line marking.

It features a high pressure spray system powered by a rechargeable battery. It also has two paint probes which insert into the tub of line marking paint and connect to the pump. One probe carries the paint to the spray nozzle while the other probe recirculates paint back into the container. This recirculation system ensures that the paint is always well mixed, so it remains at the ideal consistency for line marking.

The high pressure paint spray uses specially designed nozzles that come included with the machine. The spray and nozzles ensure consistent paint application over the surface and the square discs which surround the nozzle ensure crisp and precise edges to the lines. These discs can be altered quickly in order to adjust the width of the line.

The paint spray is controlled by a simple push button control and, as this unit features a solenoid, the spray cuts off dead when you release the spray button, meaning no dripping. The side-mounted position of the spray allows you to line mark right up against curbs and walls easily.

An optional spray lance attachment is available, which allows for free-hand marking and spraying of stencils, patterns, logos, numbers and letters. It is perfect for numbering parking bays and unfinished warehouse bays and spraying letters or signs on to the ground. A running track line marking boom is also available to add to your order. It features 3 spray nozzles and allows for 3 lines to be sprayed alongside each other simultaneously. It is perfect for line marking running tracks accurately and conveniently. Zebra Hard Surface Line Marking Paint is a high quality, bright and durable acrylic based paint, formulated in the UK by experts in the line marking industry. It produces colourful, highly visible and long-lasting lines on concrete and tarmac surfaces. This paint can be applied indoors or outdoors, so it can be used for car park line marking, industrial floor line marking, hard sports court line marking and more.

Zebra Hard Surface Paint comes supplied as a ready to use line marker paint. It does not need to be diluted, mixed or poured. This reduces waste and mess, and makes the paint much more convenient to apply. Simply shake the paint container, place it on the Zebra Lux Line Marking Machine, insert the pump probes into the paint container, prime the pump using the switch at the back of the machine and you are ready to go. The Zebra Hard Surface Line Marking Bundle comes with 40 litres of paint in your choice of colour - white, yellow, red, blue, orange, green and black. Please note: You can select the paint colour you require using the drop down box above and checkout online. For best results, shake the paint container before use. At the end of each line marking job, clean the Zebra Lux pump system and nozzles with water and Zebra Flush Thru cleaning solution to prevent blockages and prolong the life of the equipment. A small 1 litre bottle of Flush Thru comes included with the machine. Extra 10L bottles of Flush Thru are available separately. You can also add a set of round discs to your order, which make the machine suitable for line marking on grass surfaces. (Zebra Grass Paint will also be required).

  I use this line marking machine for replaying the markings at a very nice sports club. Very adaptable for different pitches and it's easy to clean the machine for use with different paint without spoiling the colours.
