Whether you need to line mark football pitches, rugby pitches, tennis courts or American football pitches, the Zebra Lux line marking machine included in this bundle provides a professional line marking spray system to get the job done properly. This line marking machine can be on grass pitches to mark accurate, crisp and precise lines.

Manufactured in Britain by experts with years of experience in the line marking industry, this line marker has a solid frame mounted on a set of 4 large wheels, ensuring that the machine line marks straight and true even over long lines. The Zebra Lux line marking machine has a high pressure spray system powered by a rechargeable battery. It also has two paint probes which insert into the tub of line marking paint and connect to the pump. One probe carries the paint to the spray nozzle while the other probe recirculates paint back into the container. This recirculation system ensures that the paint is always well mixed, so it remains at the ideal consistency for line marking.

The high pressure paint spray uses specially designed nozzles that come included with the machine. The spray and nozzles ensure consistent paint application over the surface, for bright and highly visible lines. The round discs which surround the nozzle ensure crisp and precise edges to the lines. These discs can be adjusted quickly in order to change the width of the line. They can be raised using a handle on the machine, making repositioning much easier at the end of a line. The paint spray is controlled by a simple push button control and, as this unit features a solenoid, the spray cuts off completely when you release the spray button, leaving no drips.

An optional spray lance attachment is available, which allows for free-hand marking and spraying of features such as penalty spots, stencils, patterns, logos, numbers and letters. A running track line marking boom is also available to add to your order. It features 3 spray nozzles and allows for 3 lines to be sprayed alongside each other simultaneously. This line marking bundle deal comes with 40 litres of Zebra Grass Line Marking Paint. Zebra Grass Line Marking Paint is a professional water-based line marking paint that produces bright, colourful and durable lines on grass sports pitches.

Available in white, yellow, red, blue, orange, green and black, it is perfect for marking out football pitches, rugby pitches, American football pitches, tennis courts and much more. Zebra Grass Line Marking Paint comes supplied ready to use - there is no need for diluting, mixing or pouring the paint. This reduces waste and mess, and makes the job much easier.

Simply shake the paint container, place it on the Zebra Lux line marking machine, insert the pump probes into the paint container, prime the pump with the switch at the back of the machine and you are ready to paint! Just press the spray switch and walk at a steady pace to line mark your pitches with ease.

The Zebra line marking system uses much less paint than traditional transfer wheel line marking systems or aerosol systems. This helps to save money yet provides deep, rich and professional standard sports pitch lines.

For best results, shake the paint container before use. At the end of each line marking job, clean the Zebra Lux pump system and nozzles with water and Zebra Flush Thru cleaning solution to prevent blockages and ensure years of reliable service. A small 1 litre bottle of Flush Thru comes included with the machine. Extra 10L bottles of Flush Thru can be purchased separately. You can also add the Zebra Lux hard surface line marking conversion kit to your order. The conversion kit includes a side arm attachment and square discs, which make the machine suitable for line marking on hard surfaces such as concrete and tarmac. The side arm allows you to get right up to walls and curbs when marking car parks and industrial floors. (Zebra Hard Surface Paint will also be required).

• The Rolls Royce of line marking machines
  The Zebra Lux is the pinnacle of grass line marking machines. It's a lovely unit that is capable of brilliant line marking. The paint is distributed evenly so that you can get sharp, vivid lines without splatter and it's very easy to control and manoeuvre. The machine and the paint is a good price, but you save a packet on delivery if you opt for this bundle and I'd advise spending the money on extra paint or some of the accessories.
