Rustins Anti- Corrosion Metal Primer is designed to protect metal surfaces from rusting.
It is suitable for all types of metal, including brass, copper, steel and bronze - and it is ideal for both interior and exterior use.
It can be used on old or new metal and it can be painted straight on to rust after wire brushing. It reacts with any rust that it comes into contact with to neutralise the rust and prevent any further corrosion. It can be left as a matt finish or over painted.
This Anti-Corrosion Metal Primer binds to the surface of the metal, making it ideal for vertical surfaces.
Apply to clean and dry metal, free from dirt, grease, previous loose coatings and contaminants. Coverage is approx. 10 – 12sq. metres/litres per coat, depending on absorbency of the surface.
Full product data sheets and safety data sheets are available on request.
