Flag Trade Primer Undercoat White is a single-coat alkyd-resin white primer/undercoat suitable for wood and metal.
For use under gloss and other alkyd-based topcoats, the paint is ideally suited for kitchens, bathrooms, doors, window frames, furniture and woodwork in general. Also ideal for metal surfaces. It is easy to apply and provides excellent coverage.
Before application, the surface should be stable, firm, dry and free of dust, sand, loose old paint, dirt, grease and oil.
It is recommended to apply a primer prior to the specified filling procedure. Touch-up with primer on areas repaired with filler is recommended prior to application of topcoats.
Touch dry in six hours, depending on conditions (idealy 20°C). Over-coating may take place after 16 hours.
Theoretical spreading rate is 15 sq. metres per litre.
