I didn't think this would work but I needed to try a quick fix as I couldn't afford to replace the leaky roof over the kitchen extension. It's quite thick going on and when it rained the next day the roof didn't leak! For the price compared to a new roof it was good value; even if it only lasts a few years.
I used this on the garage roof when it started leaking over winter. Dried quickly and stopped the leak. Wish it came in a smaller tin as I only needed to do one corner where the leak was.
Needed to waterproof my extension roof with the winter we have been having. This stuff really did a good job.
My garage had an annoying leak for some time now, but the roof repair waterproofing paint sealed it up brilliantly.
Highly recommend. Used once and the seal is still going strong despite all the rain we have had over the last few weeks. Great stuff.
Good thick stuff, does what it says on the tin.
I use Flag roofix loads, it's my go to for roof repair. I always recommend it whenever anyone asks what to use.
Really good paint, does the job well. Didnt need 5 litres of the stuff though.
